North Sails, had a need to evolve the eCommerce platform on Shopify Plus technology through front-end optimization, introduction of new Customer Oriented features and qualitative code development to support an evolution of the technology/functional architecture in line with the Shopify Plus standard.

The project required optimization of developed code, CRO activity on the UX/UI side, technological restructuring of processes and flows for North Sails eCommerce/team customers, and ongoing evolutionary technical implementation activity to support overall project growth.

Through our work to continuously support North Sails along with project partners, we have contributed to the evolution of eCommerce. ERP/Shopify integration flows, eCommerce functionality, and integrated loyalty systems are just some of the activities we are involved in supporting the project.
Code Review & Optimizations
We performed an analysis activity that shared problematic issues related to eCommerce flows, front ends and apps. Through a technical optimization activity of the entire developed technology stack state, we aligned the code to the Shopify Plus standard, unifying instances and sharing a new approach to feature development and delivery.
New Approach to eCommerce Evolution.
As a North Sails partner and thanks to the tight-knit nature of all teams, we changed the project management and governance logic to enable continuous delivery and technological evolution of the project on all fronts. In support of North Sails' management, we are able to constantly introduce and optimize functionality across the entire project, thus allowing implementation benefits to be enjoyed at each and every evolutionary step.
