The Game

    Montura's digital evolution was triggered by the suboptimal performance of the previous site, highlighting the need for a complete replatforming from Magento to Shopify. This transition transformed the browsing experience, granting the Montura team the freedom to customize the ecommerce with unprecedented operational fluidity. Through Shopify, we offered the ability to freely modulate every aspect of the interface, greatly expanding the team's creative and management potential.

    With the integration of Powngo, Montura has centralized operational needs into a single comprehensive platform. This tool enabled more agile and intuitive collection management, optimizing product ordering and visibility through the use of sophisticated ranking rules. The Shopify Plus platform, enhanced by Powngo's capabilities, proved essential in elevating the effectiveness and efficiency of Montura's e-commerce system.

The Challenges

Autonomous and innovative management

Montura's previous website offered basic management, limited mainly to the home page and the Montura editing area, dedicated to the brand's charitable initiatives, managed through WordPress. Thanks to the collaboration with Cooder, the transition to Shopify has enabled a radical transformation: it is now possible to create custom landing pages without the use of external apps. Each page can be configured with intuitive templates, allowing the Montura team to express their creativity with total autonomy, managing sections of the site without limits.

Collection optimization

One of the most complex challenges was optimizing product visibility among the brand's many collections.

Shopify's advanced implementation of metafields radically transformed its management, bringing a clear distinction between discount and full-price products, showing color variations specific to each collection. This improvement has greatly enriched the user experience and optimized SEO indexing.

Automation and accuracy

The pre-existing complexity in product catalog management brought the need for full automation, which previously saw the manual entry of thousands of rows of products into CSV files.

With the introduction of Powngo, the catalog flow has been fully automated. The process of creating and updating products, which includes master data, price list and images, is now done with daily schedules, drastically reducing management time and minimizing human error.

Checking the status of orders

Powngo's application has further improved end-user interaction, allowing direct changes to order data directly from the site. This includes the ability for the user to change the shipping address, providing greater flexibility and control over every order placed.
