IT ACCOUNT MANAGER

For the strengthening of Webformat's Sales department, we are looking for an Account Manager, preferably coming from the eCommerce/IT sector, eager to actively contribute to the evolution of our clients' business, proposing eCommerce B2B/B2C omnichannel technology solutions on Adobe Commerce platform, integrated with the best ERP, PIM, CRM, Marketing Automation and Customer Care technologies and solutions.

What you can do with us

  • You will define and pursue the commercial strategy on assigned customers, analyzing the market and needs, in accordance with the objectives of the commercial management and the CEO
  • You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, overseeing the entire sales cycle and paying close attention to the customer's needs, evolution and relationship with the company, arguing and enhancing the proposed technology solutions for business growth
  • You will actively participate in project SALs with the client and internal alignments with the team
  • You will constantly monitor with the PMO and project PM the adherence to the schedule, quality and budget of each job order in terms of efficiency and marginality
  • You will review and define contracts and legal aspects related to the project with the support of experienced project professionals
  • You will manage the economic and financial aspects related to the job order
  • You will monitor the eCommerce results of the client's business to assess risks and opportunities

What we are looking for

  • at least 3 years of experience in similar activities or project management in IT industry and/or software projects
  • responsibility and professionalism in approaching client management and their projects
  • ability to work in a team with a spirit of initiative and collaboration
  • excellent ability to understand and synthesize a context
  • technical knowledge of software development projects and/or eCommerce services with sales objectives
  • excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • excellent organization and aptitude for problem solving
  • strong results orientation and customer-oriented
  • strong sensitivity in perceiving the value of activities for the customer and the team
  • excellent knowledge of major computer packages and/or MS Project
  • availability to travel both in Italy and abroad
  • good knowledge of the English language
